Major Improvements to Tango's Desktop App

Major updates and improvements for our desktop application, available on Tango Pro and Enterprise plans, are now live! In this update, you’ll find the following:

• A redesigned app: Updated capture overlays, controls, settings, and post-capture flows.

• Smarter capture: Clearer window selection and live previews show exactly what Tango is capturing.

• Better controls: Refined capture states, sounds, and safeguards against accidental actions.

• Easier setup for admins and creators: Smoother onboarding, permissions, authentication, and workspace switching.

• More reliable performance: Better screenshot and type-step capture, easier updates, and stronger macOS and Windows coverage.

To get the updated Tango desktop app, Pro and Enterprise Admins and Creators can either open the application on their computer, which will prompt an update, or they can download it in the Tango web app by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner.
